47th Annual Fall Conference
November 4 – 6, 2025
47th Annual Fall Conference Keynote Speaker Aden Nepom
Aden Nepom is a TEDx and Keynote Speaker, Workshop Facilitator, Podcast Host, and Award-Winning Performer, who has taught thousands of executives, industry leaders, and individuals the simple yet powerful steps to communicate well. She offers a unique combination of powerful tools and live experience that bring new communication skills and tactics to life for professionals at every level who care about the work they do, and want to make a positive impact in the world.
Drawing on her experience both on stage and in boardrooms, she delivers actionable insights with a dose of humor and authenticity that captivates audiences of all sizes. Aden’s speaking style is the perfect blend of humor, storytelling, and interactive exercises that keep audiences engaged from start to finish. Her sessions are not just informative; they are experiential, leaving participants inspired and equipped with practical tools they can implement immediately.
When she is not working with clients Aden maintains a strong presence on the improv stage as an internationally touring Improv Theatre performer and teacher. She is best known for her work as a musical improv artist. You might catch her in ridiculously entertaining (sometimes heartfelt, sometimes hilarious… sometimes both!) shows like USS Improvise the Next Generation the Musical, B.A.B.E. Presents “I Love Musicals” a fully improvised 1950’s sitcom-musical, or Manacle: Improvised Love Stories – a show in which Aden and real-life husband Eric convert audience stories into improvised One Act plays of love and romance.
